V-Trust Corporation is one of the fastest growing company in North American auto parts industry. Through 3 years’ development, V-Trust Corporation has established a good and strong relationship with customers located in both Canada and US. To keep pace with market’s trend, V-Trust Corporation decides to develop a new business model by building our own online sales channel. We are looking for young and passionate candidates who are willing to learn and start a project from ground.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze complex data. Doing Researching on vehicle’s fitment data. Based on part number, find corresponding year, make and model.
- Monitoring sales status on different marketplaces
- Create and make changes on product listings
- Regularly answer customers’ questions
- Coordinate project activities with diverse groups and individuals
- Photo shooting and graphic design
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to track items and organize things.
- Quick learner and good logical thinking
- Excellent communication skills on both speaking and writing.
- Able to multi-task
- Strong Knowledge on excel and photoshop
- Basic knowledge on cars considered as assets
- Previous experience on customer service considered as assets
